Walking Dead는 내가 좋아하는 장르의 드라마는 아니다. 보통 좀비물, 호러물 등은 즐기지 않는다.
그래서 시즌 2 정도 보다가 그만 중단했었는데, 최근에 다시 보고 있다.
나야 시청자로서 전지적인 시점으로 보기 때문에 중간 중간에 엉뚱한 행동을 해서 동료들에게 피해를 주거나 다른 사람들에게 해를 가해는 등장인물들을 이해하기 어렵고 답답하지만... 그런 극한의 상황에 처하게 되면, 사람들이 어떻게 변하고 무슨 행동을 할 지는 모를 일이다.
이 드라마에서는 주옥같은 대사를 찾아 보기 어렵지만, 매회 주어지는 상황이나 사건을 겪으면서 들어나는 인물들의 변화 내지는 성장의 묘사는 흥미롭다.
그래도, 시즌 5 마지막 회의 끝 부분에서 나오는 Rick의 대사가 인상적이었다.
